Here’s the latest #BayAreaRealEstate 🏠#MonthlyMarketMinute ⏳ where I go over the sales transaction data from each county for the month of November 2023. We saw steep declines across all markets in total transactions and sales volume.

A big takeaway from November’s numbers are the markets where buyers are STILL paying a significant amount over the asking price for a home. There are two cities where buyers are paying well over $200k above the asking price on average!
