Here’s the latest #BayAreaRealEstate 🏠#MonthlyMarketMinute ⏳ where I go over the latest sales transaction data from each county for the month of February 2023. The market is trending up, as activity (and prices) have increased across all counties.
Bay Area home buyers have now adjusted to accepting the fact that high interest rates are not going away. With such limited inventory, sellers in some cities are again benefitting from multiple offers and overbidding on their homes. But there are definitely still great deals out there as well.
