Here’s the latest Bay AreaReal Estate 🏠 Monthly Market Minute ⏳ where I go over the sales transaction data from each county for the month of June 2023. Have prices finally peaked for the year?

We’ve seen a pretty steady increase of median home prices every month since January. Contra Costa and Santa Clara Counties have reached the same median prices of this time a year ago, despite higher interest rates today. Historically, prices will taper off as the year comes to a close. We’ll see if that trend continues.
