Here’s the latest #BayAreaRealEstate 🏠#MonthlyMarketMinute ⏳ where I go over the latest sales transaction data from each county for the month of October 2022. Median prices are way down from their peaks 6 months ago, and buyers are now paying LESS than the asking price for the majority of homes.
Some may not feel like this is the best time to buy, but this is no doubt a “buyer’s market” that we’re in.
